A Sin Eater is a person that is lived in towns during the middle ages and people would look at this person as less than an animal, but the sin eater would absolve people of their sins as they lay on their death bed outside of the church or its help. So he/she was an outcast of the church and city, but still carried the burden of others. This song is about how I take the trouble of others upon my own shoulders and use it to inspire my lyrics. - Kyle
